Big news: our issue is on the agenda for the City Council meeting on Wednesday, October 14, at 6 p.m. We’re asking Council to pass an urgency moratorium that night, so the space fee increases of up to 17.3% are paused before most of them take effect on November 1. Your work got us here. Thank you.

- Make your shirt. We’ll press our design on it so we all match on Wednesday.
- Get the plan for October 14, when we present to the City Council: when to arrive, what to wear, and how speaking works if you’d like to speak.
- Make signs together, and bring a neighbor.

6:00 p.m. City Council, City Hall, 505 S. Vulcan Ave. Wear your shirt and fill the room. Every face in that room tells Council this matters. We’ll go over the details together on Monday.

Help spread the word: print the attached flyer. It’s two flyers per page, English on one side and Spanish on the other. Print double-sided, cut down the middle, and leave one at each neighbor’s door.

Una gran noticia: nuestro tema está en la agenda de la reunión del Concejo Municipal del miércoles 14 de octubre, a las 6 p.m. Le pedimos al Concejo que apruebe esa noche una moratoria urgente, para detener los aumentos de las cuotas de espacio de hasta 17.3% antes de que la mayoría entren en vigor el 1 de noviembre. Su esfuerzo nos trajo hasta aquí. Gracias.

- Haga su camiseta. Le planchamos nuestro diseño para que todos vayamos iguales el miércoles.
- Conozca el plan para el 14 de octubre, cuando nos presentamos ante el Concejo Municipal: a qué hora llegar, qué ponerse y cómo funciona hablar si desea hacerlo.
- Hagamos letreros juntos, y traiga a un vecino.
